Medication Turn-In Date:

Tuesday, May 8, 2012 between 9:00am – 2:00pm

Remember:

·         All medication must be handled by an ADULT - Students MAY NOT handle medication

·         Parents must bring in a NEW, UNOPENED container of any medication that is not currently on file and in stock at the school.

·         Medication must be given directly to the trip's nurse (only authorized medical personnel can handle medication).
